Your job is not on this list?
Describe it in your own words and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that we are the wrong firm for it and what kind of firm to look for instead. Software work rarely arrives with a label on it.

How the work runs
- Engagement
- Firm-fixed-price on well-defined scopes, time-and-materials where the work has to be discovered first. The first conversation is with the engineer who would do the work.
- Ownership
- Everything is delivered as source in your own repository, under your accounts, on frameworks with public documentation. No proprietary runtime and no vendor lock-in.
- Continuity
- Each engagement is documented so the work can be picked up by your own staff or another vendor without a knowledge transfer period. Being replaceable is the point.
- Accessibility
- Deliverables are built and tested to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, so an accessibility review is something the work passes rather than something it survives.
- Turnaround
- Quote requests answered within three business days of receipt. Scoping conversations are usually answered the same week.
- Languages
- No single language is the specialty. Work on software you already have is done in the language it is written in. For something new, the choice is the plainest tool that will still be supported in ten years, stated in writing before the build starts so it is your decision too.
